At Alex Electronics, we strictly adhere to the ISO9000 quality management system standards in the design and manufacture of each and every of our DVD-based GPS navigators. To ensure that our navigator is in top form before being delivered to customers, we perform rigorous and thorough performance and aging tests on the product prior to it leaving factory. The tests are conducted in line with the standards required by E-Mark, CE and FCC. And we are thus recognized by related institutions for the efforts we have made to guarantee quality.

All Alex Electronics product users are granted the right to request free-of-charge replacement service within 3 months since the date of purchase as well as free repair service within 12 months from the purchase date. Our after-sales service also covers the cost of replacement parts and related service.

To give you an idea of what can happen after the purchase of our products, here are specific conditions and provisions of our free-of-charge service.

Replacement
Free-of-charge replacement service will be performed only if the following conditions are met.
1. Product failure resulting from normal use within 3 months from the date of purchase.
2. Product damage that occurs from non-human factors instead of attempted disassembly or repair by user or unauthorized party.
3. There is no damage to the appearance of the product. The warranty sticker is intact.
4. Customers should present the receipt, invoice, and warranty card.

Repair
Free-of-charge repair will be carried out only if the following conditions are met.
1. Product failure resulting from normal use within 12 months from the purchase date.
2. Product damage that occurs from non-human factors instead of attempted disassembly or repair by user or unauthorized party.
3. Customers should present the receipt, invoice, and warranty card.

Lifelong Paid Repair Service
We provide paid repair service throughout the product life cycle. Please note that our lifelong paid repair service does not cover products that we have stopped producing.
